Preparing students to be transformational and social justice leaders, the TTLP engages and challenges students to apply instructional leadership, community-building and policy advocacy skills to their local schools and communities throughout their coursework.
In addition, the program provides students with opportunities to interact with and learn from national speakers via the 教育领导中心, to receive individualized leadership coaching from our experienced cohort of coaches, 并参与其他网络活动, professional development and research events throughout the 14-month program. 创新集约, the Trinity Tomorrow’s Leadership Program seeks to place graduates in roles that will help local school districts serve youth and families equitably and with excellence.

Pathways Curriculum

Students must complete the Pathways Curriculum in order to receive a baccalaureate degree.
